Return and Exchange Policy
Once a product has been used it cannot be returned!
Chota® Outdoor Gear hopes that you will not have a need to return your products to us. However, we know that life happens.
When returning any product to Chota Outdoor Gear for any reason you must first obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Chota customer service. The RA# will be your tracking number. Any products returned to Chota without an RA# will be returned to sender.
Exchanges will be made for size(s) if the product is unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
All Sale and Closeout items are “AS IS” and cannot be returned!
All Chota Outdoor Gear products still in the box with original tags can be returned for refund up to Thirty (30) days from date of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
Chota Outdoor Gear warrants that all of its products will be free from any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
If the product is defective and the warranty is in effect within the terms and conditions of this warranty, Chota Outdoor Gear will repair or replace the product or issue a credit memo for the purchase price at its option.
Shipping damaged products.

Chota Outdoor Gear will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. UPS Ground and U.S. Postal Service regular and priority mail service are the most commonly used shipping methods. If you have questions about shipping your order, you can contact customer service at: email@example.com.
All international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada) are quoted for best rates. You will be contacted by Chota Outdoor Gear prior to shipping with a shipping total and approximate transit time. International orders are subject to duties, taxes and brokers’ fees. All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
UPS transit times for ground shipping:
East Coast – 3-5 business days
Central U.S. – 5-8 business days
West Coast – 8-10 business days
UPS Next Day available only in continental U.S.; does not include Saturday and Sunday. Must have street address; no P.O. boxes.
All Next Day and 2nd Day UPS orders must be received by 2:00 PM EST. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
U.S. mail transit times for regular service:
East Coast – 4-6 business days
Central U.S. – 7-9 business days
West Coast – 10-12 business days
Transit times for Alaska and Hawaii are 12-14 days.
All Canadian shipments will be sent U.S. Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Transit time is 4-10 days. Shipments to Canada are subject to duties and taxes. All duties, taxes and brokers’ fees are the customer’s responsibility.
